Get involved!

If you are looking to get more involved in the scheme of things at the DAO or become a paid contributor, you'll have to join the BadgerDAO Discord. Badger's well organized Discord server is a pleasant place to be where everything badgerDAO takes place; chitchat, getting product feedback, new ideas, governance proposals, announcements, fun games, live meetings, upcoming events etc. You will find any info about badger on the discord, plus there are always active community or team members round the clock from around the globe that can assist.
BadgerDAO is actively hiring developers and yield strategists. In addition, there are opportunities to get involved in product economics, marketing, support, and community building teams.
Since Badger Dao is decentralized and community run, you don't need to submit a CV or get approval from anyone to be a part of the team. Most BadgerDAO code is open source on Github. Your best bet is to poke around, find a problem you can solve, and start helping. Small initial projects are often the first step towards project-based work, part-time or full-time team positions. Badger has successfully onboarded many current active team members this way.
BadgerDAO supports and participates in open events that promote open source public goods in the crypto ecosystem, getting involved in these events is also a good way to connect. Some of them are:
Gitcoin Bounties: Gitcoin grants crowdfund open source, public good projects. Badger actively offer project bounties each Gitcoin round.
ETHGlobal Hackathons: Badger is a proud supporter of ETHGlobal’s hackathons and other events that help onboard new talent into smart contract development. Keep an eye on our Discord or join ETHGlobal’s mailing list to get alerts on the next even.

Bug Bounty Program:

If you manage to find bugs/errors in Badger infrastructure and you report them we will be more than happy to compensate you. We have one of the biggest bug bounty programs in DeFi, which pays up to $750k.
